Our Nite Owl RCRR crews travel across the United States providing the restaurant, hospitality, and retail industries unmatched service in restaurant remodeling, hotel renovations, and retail space updates. We manage all construction activities following project approval, and we coordinate work with property management to include phasing, staging and site logistics.
Our Residential Remodeling Division crews travel across Northeast Ohio providing unmatched quality carpentry finish work, external renovation updates, and more! Our team specializes in all aspects of home remodeling construction projects.

Construction activities include...

Developing and maintaining contractor relationships in order to support bid consultation, review, and the awarding of contracts

Developing a plan that encompasses the scope of work and other related contract documents

Analyzing blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements and to prepare various estimates

Providing valued engineering recommendations to achieve budget objectives

Being responsible for code compliance including successful completion of inspections

Coordinating construction activities to facilitate tenant relations and facility operations

Consistently prioritizing tasks in order to ensure successful delivery of quality projects on time and within budget

Preparing and maintaining construction schedules working with field operations to ensure timely completion of projects

Ensuring the timely close-out of projects including completion of punch list and final submission of all close-out documents
